SR Academy's Brain & Spine Cadaveric workshop 2025
Dear Surgeons,
Welcome to Bengaluru, the Garden City and the Information Technology Hub of India! Despite the advent of newer imaging techniques and access to a plethora of video demonstrations, the anatomy of skull base and spine is best understood by hands-on dissection. As young surgeons begin their surgical career, refining their surgical skills and techniques is best achieved by revisiting the cadaveric lab with specific agendas.
The SR Academy is excited to introduce the “Brain & Spine Cadaveric workshop 2025” in collaboration with Aster White eld Hospital. This comprehensive program consists of 11 sessions, focusing on skull base and complex spine cadaver dissections, and is led by esteemed faculty members with vast experience.
Our hands-on dissection of fresh brain specimens aims to enhance your understanding of complex surgical anatomy and positioning. The spine cadaver sessions will equip you with the skills to address complex craniovertebral junction anomalies and perform navigation-assisted minimally invasive spine (MIS) surgeries with precision and condence.
Our program’s agenda includes interactive, case-based teaching techniques and encourages active participation. We invite you to bring your own cases for discussion, ensuring a collaborative and enriching learning experience that will help in better surgical planning and guide you in refining your surgical skills.
